- Creating small and manageable changes help makes the change easier to complete
- Self-care is a basic human need that should not be sacrificed
- Having a joyful mind is something achievable

My values as a mental health professional include:
- To do no harm
- Working in the best interests of my clients
- Advocacy and support at any and all levels possible
- Adhere to the ethical and legal requirements of my profession
- Seek out consultation and/or referrals that will best benefit my clients
The Beliefs
As your therapist, I operate from the belief of:
- Inclusion
- Anti-racism
- Anti-bigotry
- Anti-ableism
- Anti-oppression
- Anti-diet culture
- LGBTQIA2S+ affirmation
- Body positivity and acceptance
